Terms of Service

By using GrowSoci ("the Service") at growsoci.com and app.growsoci.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

GrowSoci is an AI-powered platform that helps you manage your Facebook and Instagram. Here's what you get:

• AI-written social media posts
• Automatic scheduling and publishing (Auto-Pilot)
• A unified inbox for comments and messages, with AI-suggested replies
• DM automation and comment-to-DM flows
• Analytics and performance insights
• Multi-brand profile management

To use GrowSoci, you need to create an account with accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use GrowSoci.

GrowSoci connects to your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts through Meta's official login system. When you connect, you give us permission to:

• Read and publish posts on your behalf
• Access and respond to comments and messages
• Pull analytics and performance data

You can disconnect your accounts anytime from your GrowSoci settings or from Facebook's Apps and Websites settings.

Free Trial: New users get a 7-day free trial with access to core features. A credit card is required to start the trial, but you won't be charged until the trial ends.

Pro Plan: $15/month (billed monthly) or $144/year (billed annually). Includes unlimited posts, 3 Facebook Pages + 3 Instagram accounts, 2 brand profiles, Auto-Pilot, AI Smart Replies, DM Automation, and priority support.

Agency Plan: Coming soon. Pricing will be announced on our website.

Price Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate until their next renewal after the notice period.

Payment: All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are in USD.

How to Cancel: You can cancel anytime. Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription in your dashboard. You can also email billing@growsoci.com and we'll cancel it for you.

What Happens After: Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account is paused — not deleted. Your data is kept for 90 days so you can reactivate anytime.

Refunds: We don't usually offer refunds for partial billing periods. But if something went wrong with the service, email support@growsoci.com and we'll work it out.

Don't use GrowSoci to:

• Break any laws
• Violate Facebook's or Instagram's rules
• Post spam, misleading, or harmful content
• Harass or harm other people
• Try to hack or break into our systems
• Do anything illegal or fraudulent

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account.

GrowSoci uses AI providers to generate social media content and reply suggestions. Here's what you should know:

• You're responsible for reviewing content before it goes live
• AI content may need some editing for accuracy or tone
• GrowSoci isn't responsible for any issues caused by AI content you choose to publish
• We may change AI providers at any time to improve quality

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content generated or published through GrowSoci infringes your copyright, please contact us:

Include: (1) a description of the copyrighted work, (2) where the infringing content appears, (3) your contact information, and (4) a statement that you believe the use is not authorized.

We will review and respond to valid claims promptly, and may remove content or suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe on others' copyrights.

Everything you create or publish through GrowSoci belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your content. You give us permission to use it only to run the service for you.

The GrowSoci name, logo, and platform design belong to us and can't be used without written permission.

GrowSoci is provided "as is." We do our best, but we can't guarantee everything will always work perfectly. We're not responsible for:

• Service downtime or interruptions
• Data loss due to things outside our control
• Changes Facebook, Instagram, or Meta make that affect your accounts
• Results from using AI-generated content
• Any indirect or consequential damages

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If that doesn't work, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration or in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

We may update these terms from time to time. For important changes, we'll email you. If you keep using GrowSoci after changes are posted, that means you accept the updated terms.
