Privacy Policy

GrowSoci ("we," "our," or "us") takes your privacy seriously. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe when you use growsoci.com and app.growsoci.com.

By using GrowSoci, you agree to how we handle your information as described below.

Your Account Info: When you sign up, we collect your name, email, and password. Your password is encrypted — we can never see it.

Your Social Media Data: When you connect your Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts, we get access to the following (only with your permission):

• Your page or account name and profile info
• Posts, comments, and messages you manage through GrowSoci
• Performance data like reach, engagement, and follower counts
• Comment and message text (so our AI can suggest replies)

How You Use GrowSoci: We track which features you use and how you navigate the app so we can improve the experience.

Payment Info: Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never store your full card details on our servers.

We use your data to:

• Run the service and keep everything working
• Create AI-written posts that match your brand
• Schedule and publish posts to your connected accounts
• Suggest smart replies to your comments and messages
• Show you analytics about how your pages are performing
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send you important service updates
• Make GrowSoci better over time

We onlyuse your Facebook and Instagram data to give you the features you signed up for. Here's exactly what we do:

• Posting: We publish posts to your pages only when you say so — either manually or on the schedule you review and approve in the Smart Scheduler.
• Engagement: We pull in your comments and messages so you can see them in separate inboxes, and we suggest AI replies.
• Analytics: We fetch your page stats so you can see how your content is performing.

We neversell, rent, or share your social media data with anyone. It's only used to power GrowSoci for you.

This section is specifically about data we receive through Meta's APIs (Facebook and Instagram). We want to be completely transparent:

• We request only the permissions we need to provide our features — nothing extra.
• Your Facebook/Instagram data is never used to build advertising profiles or target ads.
• We do not transfer your Meta data to any third party, except our AI provider (to generate content and replies), and they are contractually bound to not retain or use it.
• If you disconnect a Facebook or Instagram account inside GrowSoci, we immediately stop syncing new data from it and stop publishing to it. Disconnecting does not delete data: we retain the account's access token and its previously synced data so you can reconnect later without re-authorising. To delete that data, see Section 10.
• You can revoke our access at any time from your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations. When you do, Facebook notifies us through Meta's data deletion callback and the data we obtained from your Facebook and Instagram accounts is deleted automatically.

Our use of data received from Meta APIs follows the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

We keep your data on secure, encrypted servers. Here's what we do to protect it:

• All data sent between you and our servers is encrypted (SSL/TLS)
• Sensitive data is encrypted in our database
• We use token-based login for social accounts — we never see or store your Facebook/Instagram password
• We regularly review our security practices

Where your data is stored: Your data is stored on servers located in Seoul, South Korea (our database provider's ap-northeast-2 region). Some of the service providers listed in Section 8 may process your data in other countries. If you use GrowSoci from outside South Korea, your information will be transferred to and processed in these locations — by using GrowSoci, you consent to this processing.

Data breaches: If a security breach affects your personal data, we will notify affected users — and any relevant supervisory authority where required — without undue delay.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If your subscription or trial ends, or you delete your account, all of your data — including all data obtained from Facebook and Instagram — is permanently deleted no later than 30 days after your access ends.

Want your data deleted right away? Email support@growsoci.comand we'll take care of it.

We work with a few trusted services to run GrowSoci:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram APIs) — to publish your content and sync your engagement and analytics
• Supabase — database, authentication, and secure storage
• Cloudinary — image and media storage
• Google (Gemini) — AI content generation and reply suggestions; your data is not used to train their models
• Stripe and Lemon Squeezy — payment processing; we never see or store your full card details
• Resend — transactional email delivery

Each provider only receives the data needed to perform its function and is bound by its own data-protection terms.

You can always:

• View, update, or delete your personal info
• Disconnect your social media accounts anytime
• Ask us for a copy of your data
• Remove GrowSoci's access from your Facebook/Instagram settings
• Request full account and data deletion

If you want your data deleted, you have three options:

• Cancel and wait: Cancel your subscription from Settings → Billing. Your data will be permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period.
• Request by email: You can also request deletion by emailing support@growsoci.com from the email address on your account. We verify every request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
• Delete from Facebook: You can request deletion of your Facebook/Instagram data directly through your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations (formerly "Apps and Websites") → GrowSoci → Remove. Facebook notifies us through Meta's data deletion callback, and such requests are processed automatically — no email needed.

Removing GrowSoci from Facebook deletes the data we obtained from Meta. Your GrowSoci account and the content you created in your own workspace remain — use one of the other options above to remove those as well.

Note: simply disconnecting a social account inside GrowSoci hides it and stops syncing, but does not delete its data — we retain the access token and previously synced data so you can reconnect without re-authorising. Use one of the three options above to delete it.

GrowSoci is not for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we do, we'll post the updated version here and change the date at the top. For major changes, we'll also notify you by email.
